Abstract
(e,2e) analogs of photoelectron experiments were carried out to obtain the xenon photoabsorption and β-parameter spectrum in the autoionizing region. The results obtained for the photoabsorption spectrum and the β-parameter spectrum at the relatively low incident-electron energy of 150 eV show good agreement with the true photoelectron counterparts.
