Abstract

The article presents four case studies of employees with diabetes. The authors examine participants' post-employment accommodation needs in four areas: worksite accessibility; performance of essential job functions; job mastery: and job satisfaction. Data were collected via the Work Experience Survey, an established carter maintenance needs assessment tool.
