Abstract

Investigated the effects and installation costs of 2 hydromulches and 4 mat mulches. All materials resulted in similar herbaceous coverage, but hydromulches were much more cost effective. Mat mulches are appropriate only on sites, such as drainage paths, where loose hydromulch would be ineffective. -from Authors
