Abstract

The article “Nurse Handoff Communication” in the December 2017 issue contained a production error. The last sentence on page 541 should read “The PACE (Present, Ask, Clarify, Express) Nurse Handoff Tool (see Table 3) is based on the PACE medical consult training tool, which has been used to successfully improve communication between patients and physicians.^32–35” The publisher would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
