Abstract
The branching ratios and the ratios of the helicity amplitudes (x and y) of the processes &VV are calculated. The calculated branching ratio for & 00 is compatible with the recent experimental data and its y value is quite distinct from those measured in J/,KK. The processes &, K*K* are predicted to have large branching ratios and could be found in J/ radiative decays. The branching ratio for & is calculated to be smaller than that of & 00 by two orders of magnitude.
