Resonance productions of J pairs in p and pp collisions are calculated in a Drell-Yan-type mechanism with gluon fusion via the color vector-dominance model. The calculated cross sections and the longitudinal-momentum distributions are consistent with the JJX data at pL=150 and 280 GeV/c. They are 20-30 times larger than the perturbative QCD results for qq»gg JJ. Calculations for the resonance productions of J, D*D»*, J, F*F»*, *B»*, Bs*B»s*, J, and Bc*B»c* in p and pp collisions are also presented.
