Abstract

As Lindsey Jenkins steps into her office, she realizes that she has worked for exactly one month at the Brooks Health Science Center School of Nursing (SON) as a faculty-rank instructional designer. Lindsey holds a PhD in instructional design and technology. Before joining SON, Lindsey had three years of experience as an instructional designer at another nursing institution and six years of college teaching experience.
