Abstract
The development of several types of reproduction, the natural regeneration of hardwood occurred. Numerous species can also regenerate via advance growth regeneration that composed of seedlings and sapling. Timber harvesting is use to stimulate natural hardwood regeneration. Through harvesting it can create stumps capable of sprouting of which can regenerate hardwoods. In regenerating hardwoods, the selection of harvesting equipment is necessary. The selected equipment minimizes impact through areas where advance regeneration is present.
