Abstract
We interpret the recently observed U(3.1) mesons with the {Mathematical expression} + pions decays as the bound state of {Mathematical expression} and X0(1480). The X0(1480) is a mesonium with {Mathematical expression} structures observed in γγ reactions and {Mathematical expression} annihilations. With this interpretation, we can understand its decay modes. Furthermore, we predict the ratio of {Mathematical expression} to be {equal to or succeeds}3.1 for centrally produced events and that the width of {Mathematical expression} to be greater than that of {Mathematical expression}. Both predictions seem to be in reasonable accord with the available data. We call for the detection of the {Mathematical expression} mode to verify the present interpretation.
