Abstract

Here we present a pilot study on vascular targeting drug combretastatin A4-phosphate (CA4P) in K1735 malignant melanoma tumor models. The results show that CA4P induces a drastic decrease in blood flow and oxygen saturation. These results correlated well with contrast enhanced Ultrasound and nitroimidazole (EF5) binding.
