N2 - The decay of 150Pr to levels in 150Nd has been investigated. The ground band and the first member of the Kπ = O- octupole band in 150Nd are observed to be directly populated in the β- decay. The ground state of 150Pr is argued to be Iπ = 1+ with the configuration assignment { 5 2+[413]π; 3 2+[651]ν}1+. A significant amount of ΔN = 2 mixing between the 3 2+[651] and 3 2+[402] neutron orbitals is expected in this configuration.
