The Centers for AIDS Research Network of Integrated Clinical Systems (CNICS) data set used for their analysis is a cohort collaboration across 8 Centers for AIDS Research sites in the United States. Clinical care at all 8 sites is supported in part by the Health Resources and Services Administration's Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP).
