Abstract
Landau sum rules are applied to examine several sets of Landau-Migdal parameters. The sum rules imply a density dependence in the spin-dependent Landau parameter G′0. The origin of this density dependence is attributed to the density of states and the exchange of ρ{variant}, ω and σ mesons which produce a nonnegligible G′1.
