Abstract

(15S)-17-(4-Azidophenyl)-18,19,20-trinorprostaglandin E2 was synthesized as a photoaffinity probe using a variant of the Corey synthesis and exhibited an IC50 of 300 nM in a PGE2 receptor assay using chicken spinal cord.
