Abstract
The problem of interacting electrons in a ballistic quantum dot with chaotic boundary conditions was addressed. Starting with a natural model with Fermi liquid interactions in the Thouless shell near EF, the theory in a saddle-point approximation which became exact in the large-g limit was solved. It was shown that the previous one-loop results of MM were exact in this limit with a phase transition in each Fermi Liquid channel.
