Abstract
We show how to introduce fundamental representation fields in twisted, reduced large N models by incorporating an infinite number of flavors. We present a reduced model which is equivalent to the leading term in a Veneziano expansion of QCD. We discuss why it is not possible to obtain a twisted model in which quark loops are suppressed.
