Abstract

The University of Kentucky Agricultural Information Center participates in the statewide In-Service Training program with the College of Agriculture Program and Staff Development Department. Through this partnership, the Agricultural Information Center provides library instruction to cooperative extension employees located throughout Kentucky. This paper will discuss our experiences with this library instruction program and describe the planning, implementation and evaluation phases for building an instruction program for extension employees.
