N2 - DE-GMAW(Double-Electrode Gas Metal Arc Welding) is a novel and high effective welding method. According to the problems, such as the instability of welding process and the big welding spatter in welding process, a rapid prototyping control system about xpc real-time target machine was designed to control the welding process with nine-point control method. The result shows that, the stable welding process can be acquired by the control system designed in DE-GMAW process, and good weld forming and lower spatter can also be ensured.
