Abstract

Metal/Molecule/Semiconductor (MMS) devices have been fabricated and electrically characterized. Measured current-voltage data has been compared to calculated electrostatic properties of the devices. We present an analysis method that explores how substrate properties and molecular dipoles affect transport in MMS structures.
