Abstract

Your personal “me brand” highlights your “four w's”: who you are, what impact you want to make, where you want to be, and the work you want. Central to crafting your brand is to define your four w's including developing a personal mission statement. Building your brand involves a variety of strategies that range from traditional resume design to a more modern active presence on key social media platforms. In today's digital age, managing how your brand is portrayed online is critically important. Managing your social media use is key to maintaining your brand image.
