Abstract
The method of ordered multiple interactions (MOMI) provides a rapidly convergent iterative solution to a large number of scattering problems in two dimensions. The authors demonstrate that the MOMI can be combined with the fast multipole method (FMM) to obtain a numerically efficient algorithm.
