ARRA: Development of Metrics, Metrology and a Framework for Product-Process Ontology for Interoperability in Model-Based Sustainable Manufacturing

This proposal will develop, out of a greater understanding of the major influencing factors of sustainable manufacturing, the most relevant and significant metrics for product/process design for sustainability. In parallel, the proposal will also establish a framework for product-process ontology for interoperability for sustainable manufacturing, leading to the development of predictive models for product and process performance with testbed validation.
