Sub-objective: To determine the impact of feeding increasing dietary concentrations of Endophyte-infected (EI) Tall Fescue ground seed on epigenetic modifications (DNA methylation) of promoter elements responsible for pro-inflammatory cytokine (IFN-gamma) and anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokine production in the young adult (5-15 yrs) and aged (20+ years) horse
