Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening & Diagnostics C2394: CL 6: FY22 UK PRC KWCSP Evaluator

Abstract The UK Prevention Research Center (PRC) will conduct program evaluation activities for the Kentucky Women''s Cancer Screening Program (KWCSP). Specifically, the UK PRC will: 1) Meet the CDC’s grant requirements regarding the KWCSP’s evaluator. 2) Analyze current evaluation plan and provide guidance to enhance plan/program outcomes. 3) Develop evaluation plans and required reports for the KWCS 4) Review, update and disseminate evaluation plan per the CDC guidelines. 5) Meet the KWCSP’s work plan objectives and activities assigned. 6) Collaborate with KWCSP on the grant, work plan and work flow assessment and analysis. 7) Conduct, at a minimum, KWCSP quarterly calls and/or onsite visits to provide technical assistance and/ or analysis. 8) Submit reports to the KWCSP
