Citizen's Review Panel (ZFA1)

The Citizens Review Panel will meet quarterly and produce and annual, public report of activities. The panel must examine the policies, procedures and pratices of state and local agencies, and where appropriate, specific cases, review and evaluate the Cabinet for Health and Family Services adherence to the State Plan and may include cooridation with foster care and adoption programs and review child fatalities and near fatalities. The purpose of the panel is to determine whether state and/or local agencies are effectively discharging their child protection responsibilities.
