Description
Conduct a client satisfaction survey, data analysis and report production of clients closed by the
Office of the Blind for federal fiscal year October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. The
Rehabilitation Action of 1998, as amended, mandates a review and analysis and consumer
satisfaction of the function performed by the agency by an unbiased entity.
