Abstract Competitive Grant for State Assessment The Center for Next Generation Leadership at the University of Kentucky is the first local intermediary to join the Kentucky Department of Education and Center for Innovation in Education (C!E) in this work to improve Assessment and Accountability (A&A). The Center for Next Generation Leadership will support an expanding group of Local Laboratories of Learning (L3) district teams and to support the Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative and Kentucky Student Voice intermediaries that will also begin contributing to the spread of the goals of the Competitive State Grant for Assessment.
