Description

Conduct and report out an annual Consumer Satisfaction Survey of consumers of the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. This survey is conducted at the request and direction of the VR State Advisory Council. Each year HDI staff meet with this group to report data from the previous year and receiving input on conducting next year’s survey. This survey measures overall satisfaction and satisfaction covering a range of specific points of service of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. The goal is to conduct 1000 phone interviews with those whose cases were closed and, upon analyzation of data, this information is shared with the State Advisory Council and Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.
