The objectives of this research are to: I) detennine the cost effectiveness of current
treatments and evaluate any experimental projects using existing data: 2) recommend methods of
detel111ining remaining sen ice life: and 3) dewlop a standard for sen' ice life extension based on a
particular treatment.
