Covid 19 - KY UK Adult Vaccination Bridge Access Project

The EXCITE Bridge Access Project is a noncompetitive award opportunity complementary to the current EXCITE Implementation Grant awarded to the University of Kentucky Family & Consumer Sciences Extension Department. This award will allow us to enhance the vaccine education program, we are developing to add additional focus on the COVID-19 Bridge Access vaccine program, through in-person learning sessions that include trusted local medical professionals provided by our Rural Health Clinic partners and local Extension personnel. Through these educational interactions, we will increase awareness of eligibility of the COVID-19 Bridge vaccine program for under and uninsured individuals as well as educate when and where eligible individuals may obtain the free COVID-19 vaccine through this program.
