Covid 19: Subrecipient Covid Mitigation Strategies - Universities C3340

Abstract The Kentucky Department for Public Health (DPH), through a partnership with the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE), is contracting with the Kentucky's Public Postsecondary Education Institutions to implement programs and strategies at Kentucky's public university campuses that increase the percent of students who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with an emphasis on instilling confidence in the efficacy of vaccines and ensuring equitable access, support best practices in providing testing and other COVID mitigation strategies that include isolation and housing infected students, purchase needed personal protection equipment (PPE), equipment and cleaning supplies.
