Crafting the Ultimate Faculty Simulation Experience

As part of the Vanderbilt Univ School of Nursing "SIM PROF: Grafting the Ultimate Faculty Simulation Experience" UK CON will be responsible for the following activities in fulfillment of grant activities: - Participate in administrative grant meetings held on a regularly scheduled basis - Contribute to the development of competencies for nursing educators in relation to the management of clinical simulation, including the establishment of proficiency levels that will be used by programmers to develop the faculty informatics dashboard - Communicate grant activities via their web page - Script scenarios that will provide the basis for programming the software that will deliver the educational activity for nursing educators - Participate in development review activities of the project as scenarios are programmed - Design and collect data for evaluation of the project - Administer all continuing education activities related to the offering of the completed online educational program - Participate in videotaping of content that takes place in facilities owned by the University or Kentucky - Present project findings at designated conferences as determined by project team - Participate in the manuscript preparation for journals as determined by project team
