CTI Academy Development of a Traffic Signal Laboratory Task No. 36

There are 2 main purposes ofthis project: 1) is to assess the global and regional investments in waterways infrastructure that are currently underway that may impact Kentucky; 2) is to assess the current volume and varieties of goods shipped on the nation's river networks, and identify instances where these activities should be monitored or controlled.
