Dental Reimbursement Program

Project proposes to A) expand the existing trans-disciplinary curriculum for dentists and physicians to include oral system links; specifically pediatiric nutrition and overweight/obesity issues; B) develop a new didactic and experiential educational component; C) establish a dental surgical suite at Hazard Regional Hospital to improve access to quality health care for underserved pediatric patients; D)Expand the GP residency experience in Hazarrd to include the management of pediatric patients under general anesthesia , E modify existing electronic PDA based data collection to incorporate data generated by objectives, A, B, and D.
