~ Facilitate the development and implementation of a community of practice ~ Contribute to the national CSA needs assessment and assist with TA resource mapping ~ Lead in the TA content development related to CSA-Employer engagement and impact measurement ~ Develop, pretest, and deliver CSA technical assistance for beginning and experienced CSA farms, as well as for agency professionals, in collaboration with project partners ~ Facilitate a technical assistance conference in year three of the project
