The University of Kentucky will serve as the evaluator for the IVARED project. Specifically, UK will: "Review processes and procedures used by NCEO to accomplish the project objectives "Review individual reports generated from demographic and performance data sets "Review reports generated from the review of state participation and accommodations policies "Conduct a survey about the processes of identifying promising practices and the preliminary findings from this activity. Follow up with semi-structured interviews with the expert panel. Review the final product of principles and guidelines. "Conduct a survey at the end of the project's online training module "Conduct semi-structured interviews about final project products with 1-2 stakeholders in participating states "Conduct an analysis of how each project activity contributes to the overall project goal.
