Evaluation Subcontract for Collaborative Research: Kentucky Information Technology Center

The proposed subcontract is intended to allow an evaluation of information technology- related efforts developed by the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). The research is based in part on direct observation of workshops and on-site interviews with faculty memebers and students. Thus, the research will be conducted at various KCTCS locations.
