FMBHP Consulting

Roberto Cardarelli, DO, MPH will provide up to 10% effort (approx 4 consulting hours per week) on practice-based research and quality improvement activities and the Frontier Medicine Better Health Partnership agrees to reimburse the University of Kentucky College of Medicine/ Department of Family and Community Medicine for the services rendered by and on behalf of Roberto Cardarelli, DO, MPH. The rate of services is $30,000 per year or $2,500 per month.
