ABSTRACT Food for Thought The purpose of the evaluation is to conduct formative and summative evaluation to examine the extent which the strategies developed have helped local and regional aging networks to be prepared for catastrophic events and ensure that aging community members have access to healthy meals. As a part of the formative evaluation, the evaluators will assist in a needs assessment of communities in Kentucky and Georgia. The evaluator will also be responsible for the reporting requirements.
