Description
The SHRP2 reliability tools (L02/L07/L08/C11/L05) are a bundle of products that enables agencies to include travel time reliability in project evaluation. The KTC team will assist KYTC implement these tools on four test sites as a proof of concept pilot. These sites include I-471 corridor, I-71/75/I-275 junction, Dixie Highway between Elizabethtown and Radcliff, and Scottsville Road corridor between I-65 and US31 in Bowling Green. The main tasks include data collection, model calibration, evaluation of existing condition, and evaluation of alternatives
