UKRF shall: 1. Sustain an outpatient clinic at University of Kentucky Department of Psychiatry Fountain Court. The outpatient clinic shall be responsible for the following: a. Conducting emergent assessments and offer immediate induction services for individuals who are appropriate for, and who choose buprenorphine formulations. b. Providing ongoing treatment including counseling, urine testing, health referrals, psychiatric care, and other ancillary services as needed for OUD or StimUD. c. Ensuring linkage to other services for patients who require a higher level of care than outpatient treatment. d. Offering a naloxone prescription and/or naloxone kit and training to all patients with an OUD
