FY 13 CHFS/DPH UK Oral Health: Outreach HSSJB4

UK, through its Department of Public Health (DPH) Dentistry in the College of Dentistry will continue to partner with the Kentucky Oral Health Program in four areas: to provide outreach dental services to underserved Kentuckians, act as a fulfillment center for service and training for service and training supplies for the KIDS Smile program, to assist in the development and implementation of a teaching curriculum for general dentists with an emphasis on supporting the Appalachian-located dentists and to provide case management for children in preventive dental programs that need restorative dental services.
