FY 26 Asthma Education and Disability Data (C5625) - Sept to June

The Kentucky Asthma Management Program, through the Kentucky Department of Public Health, Division of Prevention and Quality Improvement, shall contract with the University of Kentucky Human Development Institute (UK-HDI) to identify gaps in asthma training, education and resources. UK-HDI will provide asthma education and universal design training for health care providers, health care personnel such as CHWs, and those working in school settings including special populations such as people with disabilities. UK-HDI will conduct accessibility checks as needed and will track disability data for asthma.
