UK shall provide resources and expertise to provide preventive and restorative services to Kentucky's underserved children through regional treatment sites as well as their mobile van dentistry. UK shall develop administrative procedures, recruit, award and manage the Recruitment and Retention Incentive Program, to improve dental care within the Appalachian region by promoting recent graduates of the University to provide dental care in the Appalachian regions..
