FY18 UK REC CRC Health Systems (Kentucky Colon Cancer Screening Program Education and Outreach)--B&C

The University of Kentucky Regional Extension Center (UKREC) shall provide support to the Chronic Disease Prevention Branch (CDPB) in order to increase colon cancer screening rates among defined target populations by providing technical assistance to CDPB and designated partner health systems which includes completing gap assessments in the use of Electronic Medical Records for screening data, creating clinic baseline data worksheets, development of health system implementation plans for quality improvement, and expand the scope of work for the “1701-Increasing Population-based Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening” grant.
