FY23-24 Colon Cancer Screening C3599 1. Provide support and subject matter experts to assist the DPH staff in developing and implementing an evaluation plan for the CDC DP20-200 grant. As part of this evaluation work, KCC staff will serve on Kentucky Colon Cancer Screening Program Grant Leadership Team, attend monthly team meetings, and participate in developing implementation plans for increased colon cancer screening with participating primary care systems. For the KCCSP: 2. Provide technical support and facilitation of meetings of the Kentucky Colon Cancer Advisory Committee. Meetings shall occur on a monthly basis or as deemed necessary by DPH Colon Cancer Screening Program Manager.
