Hopkins County: Upgrade Morton's Gap Interchange Phase 1 Archaeological Survey (State Item No. 2-8633.00)

This is a proposal/scope of services for conducting a Phase I archaeological survey for the upgrade of the Morton's Gap Interchange (Interstate 69 and KY 813) in Hopkins County, Kentucky. The work that will be conducted is intended to provide an inventory of all archaeological resources within the project area and to provide an evaluation of each resource's potential eligibility for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The work will aslo include evaluation of the documentary and cartographic sources pertaining to the project area and its vicinity.
