Extension i-Three Rapid Solutions: Prototyping to deliver fast, effective results by: 1. Leading a process beginning in November 2015 through August 2016 in developing 8-12 rapid solutions based on the needs of the i-Three Corps members to achieve our goals and to achieve local measureable impact using i-Three Lab innovations and other resources, people and tools. 2. Ensuring pilot work is conducted by working out loud including weekly blog posts. 3. Reporting monthly on progress. 4. Submitting results in an attempt to publish all rapid solutions in a case study format in JOE. 5. Developing a plan and implementing strategic messaging and storytelling by January 2016. 6. Completing an assessment of the rapid solutions process by September 30, 2016. 7. Developing and implementing a plan by September 30, 2016 to strengthen the rapid solutions process for the 2000 Corps members in 2017. 8. Developing and implementing a plan by September 1, 2016 to scale rapid solutions to the 15K. 9. Providing support for meeting organization, travel schedule for i-Three leaders. 10. Providing support and continual management of eXtension Foundation and University of Kentucky contracts. 11. Providing management for University of Kentucky employee benefits, rules and regulations.
