KCP East UK - 1502 Evaluation (Kentucky Colon Cancer Screening Program Education and Outreach)

The University of Kentucky, Kentucky CNCER Program East through the existing infrastructure of Regional Specialists shall provide tailored small media messaging on Colon Cancer Screening for participating Federally Qualified Health Center systems; promote colon cancer screening among the targeted population in collaboration with the Federally Qualified Health Center’s and the Kentucky Department for Public Health Colon Cancer Program; and participate in implementation plan and development at participating health systems.
