Description
OBJECTIVES: The objectives of this research are to: 1) determine the cost effectiveness of current
treatments and evaluate any experimental projects using existing data; 2) recommend methods of
determining remaining service life; and 3) develop a standard for service life ex-rensionbased on a
particular treatment.
